Hi, I’m Hailey! I’m a Visual Art teacher and student leadership advisor who loves designing creative, structured, and student-centered learning experiences. In my classroom, students learn through clear routines, hands-on exploration, collaborative roles, and real-world design challenges—from 3D sculpture and branding projects to classroom jobs and committee-style teamwork. My teaching style blends creativity with purposeful structure. I model techniques step-by-step, give students the tools they need to take ownership of their work, and build classroom systems that keep everyone engaged and on track. I believe students do their best work when the environment is joyful, organized, and full of opportunities to explore big ideas.
