I found that as I was completing the activities in Eureka math my students would benefit from having the Concept Development problems written out. This allows me to differentiate learning and allow students who are ready to work in collaborative groups or independently to work on the problems while I work with students who need more guidance. I use this assessment and goal setting sheet prior to starting instruction on the 3rd module in Eureka math. It provides my students and me with the information I need to begin planning for instruction related to these standards. After the students take the assessment and I grade it they fill in the goal-setting form to set their learning targets for the module based on their individual results.
