I currently teach 7th grade World Geography, which focuses on the Eastern Hemisphere. I have also taught 6th, 7th, and; 8th grade English Language Arts.
In addition, I teach adult English as a second language.

This document is made to be used after teaching geography basics. It allows students to use basic map skills (scale, location, compass, legend) and general geographic knowledge (population density, climate) to create their own city. There are 4 worksheet pages to prepare them to map out their own city. Students will also need a piece of graph paper to complete the assignment.
