This growth chart, is a fantastic way to get children involved and help them understand how they are growing. Over the year, each month, you and the child can measure them and mark it down. Then at the end of the year, they can take it home and keep.

This form is a lovely quick and easy way to catch a learning moment a child has in care and document it for the child's portfolio or for the child to take home and share with their family. You can tick off basic learning outcomes and links to the curriculum, write a quick note on what happened for the child, a section for the educator to comment on the experience, and a place for the educator to plan/extend/follow up.
