Progress Monitoring Template
This is a template that I use for aggressive monitoring. It is user friendly and you can add the progress by filling in the cells by a color code. I have used this in various school settings and I am about to reincorporate this with a weekly journal check. I love tying it to a grade to get the students buy in. I normally use it for a class participation grade.

Teaching style
Students have various ways of learning and I try to cater to the needs of all of my students. I try to provide my students with various visuals. To explain, visuals play a huge factor in many abstract concepts and students need to see what is perceived to be the unknown. Meeting the students halfway creates significant gains in their level of comprehension.
