Do you and your students have trouble keeping track of what they need to do and what they've already done during guided reading or reading workshop? This tracker will take away of the guess work and provide a concrete list of what students have completed. Notice the "Must Do" section at the bottom helping students check off what's completed! **Note: I only do Guided Reading Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. There is no Wednesday listed on the sheet, but it can be easily edited to add/change
This template of student data can help guide your conversations with parents during Parent-Teacher Conferences. They are 100% EDITABLE. Once you have the slide edited how you like, right click on the slide and press Duplicate. Keep pressing Duplicate until you have enough slides for all your students' data! Happy Conferencing!
This simple document is to keep students accountable while reading ANY piece of text and thinking about theme. It reviews the concept of theme and gives them thinking points to help them stay on track while reading. Then it asks for the theme of the text and how they know! This can just be an in-class activity or used as an exit ticket.
Ever get side-tracked in a parent-teacher conference because there's SO much to talk about? This form will help you stay on track and provide parents with this feedback in writing. I use this in accordance with data binders and report cards, but they can be EDITED to fit your needs!
