Welcome to Untethered Press!
We are two former public school teachers (with a combined 16 years in the classroom) who now homeschool our own children and have done so for several years. With college degrees and a deep love for education, we create thoughtful, hands-on, and engaging units designed to bring learning to life and foster a lasting love of learning. Our work is loosely inspired by Charlotte Mason’s methods, emphasizing living books, narration, and meaningful notebooking. Each unit is intentionally designed to support deep understanding through hands-on activities, kinesthetic learning, and opportunities for curiosity, creativity, and joy. Above all, we believe learning should be relational—something families experience together. Our hope is that Untethered Press resources not only educate, but also inspire wonder, nurture a love for learning, and strengthen family connections through shared discovery.
