This product was born out of necessity. I have many students with social and emotional needs, as I know we all do. I noticed many of them coming to school unable to learn as a result of not knowing how to deal with situations that arise between family members and friends. It was typically occurrences that happened outside the classroom – and we all know how intense emotions and an inability to regulate them properly can effect our students and their learning. I've earned by Associates Degree in Liberal Arts from Corning Community College in New York, my Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education and Childhood Education from SUNY Cortland, and I recently completed my Masters Degree in Degree in Literacy Education (Birth - 12th Grade) at Elmira College in New York.
