Useful AF creates practical CTE & STEM instructional tools built for real classroom implementation. My work is grounded in experience across classroom instruction, curriculum design, workforce-aligned learning, and instructional systems where materials need to function under real conditions, not 'ideal' ones. Resources are designed to reduce friction for teachers, clarify expectations for students, and support authentic skill development across Career & Technical Education and STEM programs. The focus throughout is usability: + tools teachers can implement immediately + structures students can navigate independently + systems that remain effective across classrooms, pathways, and programs Many resources are built around challenges commonly faced in modern CTE & STEM education, including: + project-based learning + employability skill development + work-based learning preparation + technical communication + certification-aligned instruction + portfolio and capstone systems If a resource requires extensive explanation to implement correctly, it gets redesigned. The goal is simply to create ready-to-use tools and materials that work.
