My own education history

As the author of the award winning Curriculum, "How Public Utilities Work", I have nearly three decades of experience working in and around the public utility industry. I earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a Bachelor of Science from Rutgers University with double majors in Administration of Justice and Africana Studies.
