Capital letter Go Fish! 2 player game: Mix up the cards, put them in a pile. Each player starts with 4 cards. The first player asks the other if he/she has the letter "___". If they make a match, the player goes again. If not they go fish.

Print out the words and cut apart. Have your students play verb war! Divide the deck evenly among 2 students. Each student puts down one card at a time. Whoever has the verb, wins the pair. If students both put down a verb, they then each put down 3 cards facedown, then turn over the 4th card and whoever has the verb wins all the cards. The person who has all the cards (or the most) at the end wins!
