About the store
Visual Arts Teacher (Primary & Middle Years) – International Schools I create inclusive, hands-on art experiences for students ages 6–15, designing full units that blend technique, creativity, and personal expression. My classroom emphasizes accessibility for all learners, including neurodivergent students, and I develop resources that are clear, structured, and student-friendly. Show & Exhibition Curator – Schoolwide Art Productions I have curated and produced five major school art shows and one full musical, guiding students through the entire creative process: from concept, costume design, and set-building to final performance. My approach empowers students to see themselves as artists and problem-solvers, celebrating both their individuality and their collective work. Scriptwriter & Director – Educational Theatre Projects I write and direct original plays and musicals that integrate visual arts, storytelling, and music. My productions are designed for schools and teachers who want high-impact shows without needing a theatre background. I also create complete teacher packages, including scripts, cue cards, visuals, props guidance, and lesson plans. Curriculum Designer – Inclusive & Neurodiversity-Informed Art Education I design full art units aligned with the IB MYP framework, integrating choice-based learning, social-emotional reflection, and accessible step-by-step visuals. My planning centers on clarity and reducing cognitive overload, often inspired by my own experience as a neurodivergent educator. Workshop Facilitator – Children, Teens, and Underserved Communities I have taught a wide range of workshops focused on empowerment through art, creative storytelling, and identity expression. My teaching adapts to different age groups and cultural contexts, always aiming to help students feel safe, capable, and creatively free.

Teaching style

I teach the way I wish someone had taught me: with clarity, kindness, humor, and room to breathe. As a neurodivergent teacher, I design lessons that make sense for brains that don’t always follow the straight line: visual, hands-on, step-by-step, and always welcoming of curiosity. My classroom is a place where students feel safe to try, fail, start over, and discover their own voice. I’m not interested in perfection; I’m interested in growth, expression, and those small moments when a student suddenly understands themselves a little better through art. Everything I create for teachers comes from that same place: simple, practical, inclusive, and made with heart.

Additional biographical information

I am an artist-educator, playwright, writer, and researcher of the relationships between image, word, performance, and subjectivity. My practice emerges from the intersection of visual arts, theatre, international education, and neurodiversity - dimensions that shape the sensitivity, rhythm, and depth of my creative work. As a neurodivergent woman (autistic and with ADHD), I have developed over the years my own methodology grounded in care, structure, sensory awareness, clarity, imagination, and visual organization. I transform my personal experience of adaptation and self-regulation into inclusive educational practices that honor different ways of learning and existing in the world. My work combines aesthetic research, dramaturgical creation, curation, directing, and arts education, with a focus on holistic development and the strengthening of students’ creative identity. Since 2018, I have been working at an IB school in Denmark, teaching Visual Arts in the IB PYP and MYP programmes, creating original inquiry-based units, scripts, performances, and exhibitions that integrate contemporary references, poetic narratives, and collaborative processes. Between 2007 and 2017, I developed Arts and Theatre projects in various Brazilian institutions, always connecting art history, visual literacy, visual culture, dramaturgy, cultural criticism, and performative creation.
