Includes notes and rules for end behavior, with examples and practice problems on first two pages followed by a two page assignment that can be used to a homework or classwork. It is assumed that students know what some basic polynomial definitions (leading coefficient and degree). Some polynomials are given out of order and some are in factored form. Answer keys included.

Students match 12 functions to their graphs. In order to complete the assignment students should know how to find x-intercepts by factoring (with synthetic division for 3rd and 4th degree polynomials) and know multiplicity and end behavior. Answer key included.

Questions ask students to identify what figure different formulas are used for as well as identify things like the height, slant height, base, area of base, etc. Only a few of the problems require doing calculations. Playing one round allowing for 5-6 winners takes about 25 - 30 minutes.
