I started off as a building substitute teacher at an elementary school, teaching grades K-5. Over the summer, I taught 3rd grade in a summer enrichment program. I am now a 2nd Grade Dual Language Teacher.
Mental Health is one of the most important things to both teachers and students. We always jump to comparing ourselves to others while we ignore all that we have. One of the best and easiest ways to instantly improve your mental health is to list things that you are grateful for. 30 may seem like a lot, but you'll be surprised about what you can come up with. Use this with your students. Use it with yourself. Use it with your family. Use it with your friends. Go beyond it by having a discussion

Additional biographical information
Although I have only taught grades K-5, I have always enjoyed doing math problems specifically involving one or two variables. This has led me to the desire to creating a store that involves engaging activities with those such problems integrated in them. I hope you and your students find the same satisfaction in these activities as I do.
The ultimate goal is to being the Elementary fun to Middle School Math.
