Make Your Own Multiplication Chart
Students sometimes have trouble remembering their multiplication facts. I have my students in my after school tutoring class do this once a week for math, then towards the end of the year they make their own.
3rd - 8th
Math
Past/Present/Future Tenses
Students in elementary school sometimes have difficulty with past, present and future sentences. I place this in a center box that students do when they are done with their work. I print on card stock and place in a folder for students to use as a hands on activity.

Density Science Experiments
Experiments in science are simple, yet effective when teaching new concepts. They shouldn't be complicated, hard to set up or frustrating to set up. Keep them simple and have one goal per lab.
