These flags are great if a teacher is doing a unit involving the winter Olympics. The file includes the top 20 performing countries at the Winter Olympics.

This is a wonderful activity that can be used to allow students to explore a percussion instrument on their own. This can be used to allow students to work in groups are independently. It also would allow students to "pair/share" or practice teaching a larger group. It also allows students to compose a short percussion piece at the end of the worksheet.

This is used to incorporate writing into an early elementary music classroom at the end of our marching band/brass instrument unit. It allows the teacher to include cross-curriculuar materials and full fills some districts requirement to incorporate writing into all curriculum.

I use this when teaching recorder. If you print it on card stock and laminate it, it does last awhile. I give each student a post-it note and have them write their name on it, then place it on their current job. We rotate jobs during class.
