Experience

I am in my 10th year of creating and offering virtual field trip videos to the elementary and middle school marketplace. I have a subscription-based website where homeschoolers, teachers, schools, and districts can sign up to gain access to our videos and accompanying learning materials. I currently have a video library of 50 video lessons. My videos are aligned with the social studies (and other) curriculum. I also have videos for habitats/biomes, and ancient civilizations.

Teaching style

I use a video-based style, since I'm a strong believer in the power of visual learning. I also have an autistic son, and I've been making learning materials for him for 20 years. I'd like to call my videos "edutainment".

My own education history

I have a Bachelor's degree in Business, an M.B.A., and a Master's Degree in Education (Instructional Technology) from U.M.U.C. (now called U.M. Global)
