About the store
I am a Speech Language Pathologist in the Elementary School setting. I spend a large majority of my time with Autism self-contained special standards kiddos, however I also work in our self-contained Pre-K VE settings and out in the Basic Education setting as well. I am very new to this teachers pay teachers thing but find that I am always sharing out things I make anyways, so I may as well put my hard work to good use :0)

STARS Animals - Interactive
The STARS program is a vocabulary learning program typically incorporated into the Pre-K ASD setting. I found when using this that students are often bored with the picture cards so I created a basic Powerpoint that is a bit more interactive. Please leave feedback! Thanks!!

Teaching style
I am a very loving person by nature but I am a firm believer in building a relationship with children, while creating routines and behavior modification strategies as well. I truly believe that our toughest kiddos CAN and DO learn when given the love and support that they need!

I am a Mother to a 5 year old little boy and while I am a professional I am always a parent first. I think like a parent and attempt to relate to the feelings and attitudes of parents at all time. I look forward to connecting with and meeting many of you. I admire much of the work I see on here!
