This is the first series of videogame mindfulness exercises for clients to practice at home to enhance mindfulness techniques from the educational or therapeutic setting. Studies show that informal mindfulness practices can add to self-regulation and other mindfulness benefits, making this a powerful tool. It includes icons depicting the sensory and other mindfulness foci for each exercise, and includes a variety of target areas, including external attention, visual, and auditory activities.
