End of the Year Teacher/Admin Meeting Form

Created by
Vikki Stringham
As a principal, I use this form for individual year end meetings with my teachers. I ask the teacher the questions and record his/her answers during the meeting. At the end of the meeting, I make a copy of the form and give the teacher a copy immediately.

Admin/Parent Lunch Meeting Form

This form includes questions I ask parents when I take them to breakfast, lunch, or coffee. I don't use the form at the meeting, but afterwards, I fill out the form. The feedback is so valuable. It is specific to Christian education but could easily be edited for any school.

Christian School Teachers: Use this activity sheet for your middle grades students to research and write about a missionary. Adaptable to missionaries from the past or those currently working. It's a great biblical integration activity for history class and fits well in Bible class as well.

About the store

Experience

I am in my 8th year as the Upper School Principal at Lafayette Christian School in LaGrange, GA; my 21st year in Christian education. Prior to administration, I spent 13 years as a history and Bible teacher. I still teach one or two classes in those areas each year. I am the mom of two teachers (middle and high school math, AP Government).

Teaching style

My classroom is centered around relationships. I think that building relationships with students is a vital part of educating them effectively. To that end, discussion and interaction is a key component of my classroom. I like to present information clearly, discuss it with students, and see learning going on in the process.

My own education history

I loved school from the first day I walked into kindergarten. My school journey began with Mr. Griggs as an encouraging principal at Northwest Primary and proceeded through the LaGrange City Schools. I had a unique junior high school experience. Our public school system gender divided our junior high schools. I attended West Side Girls Junior High for 7th and 8th grade. I graduated from LaGrange High School in 1991. In 1995 I earned a bachelors degree in psychology and religion from Samford University, and in 1998 I earned a masters degree in history from the University of Montevallo. I hold lifetime professional teaching certification from ACSI and professional principal certification from ACSI. I still love to learn and read about 100 books a year.

Additional biographical information

I believe in Christian education for Christian families and work hard to make quality Christian education available in my community. One of my strengths is biblical integration into every subject area.
