My teaching style is structured, supportive, and student centered. I use a systematic and explicit approach grounded in the science of reading to build decoding, fluency, and comprehension skills step by step. I’m Megan Cawlfield I am a mom a therapist and a lifelong learner I live in Northwest Arkansas with my husband and daughter and I care deeply about helping kids who feel overlooked or misunderstood I started Virtual Milestone Academy because I wanted something better for children like mine Kids who are bright creative and just need the right kind of support to grow I work with families every day who are looking for clarity encouragement and tools that actually work My background is in speech language pathology and dyslexia intervention but at the heart of it I just love helping children feel successful I design every resource with that goal in mind making sure it is simple to use based on real research and grounded in what helps kids feel proud of themselves Outside of work I love being with my family reading writing and dreaming up better ways to support learning for every child
