About the store
I currently serve as a 6–8 Grade Level Supervisor in a virtual school setting, where I support teachers across content areas, analyze student performance data, and lead systems that drive instructional improvement. My experience includes: Coaching and supporting 50+ teachers Overseeing systems that impact 1,000+ students Leading data-driven instruction cycles (BOY, MOY, STAAR/TFAR) Designing tools to simplify tracking, communication, and intervention Before stepping into leadership, I worked as a classroom teacher (virtually and in person), which allows me to design resources that are not only effective but also realistic and teacher-friendly.

About the store

Experience

Teaching style

My approach is rooted in one belief: Clarity creates confidence, for both teachers and students. I focus on: Data-driven instruction that is actionable, not overwhelming Clear systems and routines that reduce stress and increase consistency High expectations with strong support Relationships that drive results Whether it’s a student tracker or a full data dashboard, every resource is designed to make teaching and leading more manageable, structured, and impactful, especially in a virtual environment.

My own education history

I hold certifications in: Bilingual Education EC-6 ESL (English as a Second Language) Texas Principal Certification (in progress) My background in bilingual and virtual education has shaped my approach to ensuring all students, especially diverse learners, have access to clear, structured, and supportive instruction.

Additional biographical information

I’m passionate about creating systems that make educators’ lives easier. As a working mom and school leader, I understand how important it is to have tools that are not just effective—but efficient. My goal is to take complex processes (like data tracking and intervention planning) and turn them into something simple, clear, and actually usable. This store reflects that mission: helping educators work smarter, not harder.
