I currently serve as a 6–8 Grade Level Supervisor in a virtual school setting, where I support teachers across content areas, analyze student performance data, and lead systems that drive instructional improvement.

Overseeing systems that impact 1,000+ students
Leading data-driven instruction cycles (BOY, MOY, STAAR/TFAR)
Designing tools to simplify tracking, communication, and intervention
Before stepping into leadership, I worked as a classroom teacher (virtually and in person), which allows me to design resources that are not only effective but also realistic and teacher-friendly.
