Experience
This is my 8th year teaching students with severe disabilities. I have experience with autism, multiple disabilities, intellectual disabilities, sensory processing disorders, and health impairments. My products are geared towards students with communication difficulties.
Teaching style
I am a teacher of elementary students with Multiple Disabilities - I use a lot of sensory integration, pictures, and adapted materials to educate students based on the Essential Elements/adapted state standards.
My own education history
I have a BA in English which fuels my love of literacy and why I so strongly incorporate literacy into every lesson.
