I have nearly 5 years of experience in the Applied Behavior Analysis field and over two years of general education/special education classroom experience. After working with children and families that require varying levels of support, I am defined by my years of devotion to and passion for the childcare field. Aside from my classroom experience, I am most familiar with in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy methods and techniques. I have learned to embrace ABA principles after seeing the tremendous, positive impact they have had on children and their families. Since branching out from a career in ABA to a career as a paraprofessional, I have seen the stresses that teachers experience daily. I created this store to offer support in supplying readily-available learning materials to those that may not have the time or resources to do so themselves.

As I come from an ABA background, my materials and the way in which I apply them is heavily influenced by ABA principles. However; as ABA is an ever-evolving field and subjective based on the individual receiving support, the products I sell reflect a wide-range of methods. Some common methods that my supervisors and mentors have passed down to me are: - Natural Environment Teaching (NET) child-initiated, parents and clinicians can participate, naturally reinforcing, promoted independence - Antecedent Strategies (Priming) prepares child for transitions by increasing predictability, offers opportunities for functional communication and autonomy, reduces challenging behaviors - Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC devices/PECS icons) encourages speech, promotes functional communication, teaches independence in vocalizing wants/needs - Parent-Driven ABA parents receive adequate training from clinicians, fosters communication among family members, teachers, and clinicians, parents consistently practice skills implemented by clinicians, facilitates bonding among parents and children - Visual Supports provide daily structured activities, can be used in school, clinic or home settings, reduce unknown factors in day-to-day life, ease transitions, reduce challenging behaviors triggered by transitions

I have cared for nearly 20 children of varying levels of support since 2021. My mentors have credited me for being strong clinically, compassionate to both child and family, highly communicative, and positively responsive to feedback. Since the start of my position as a substitute paraprofessional for a school district in 2026 - I have received commendations from three special education teachers and I have made lasting relationships with my fellow paras.

My name is Hannah. I am 25 years old and currently work as a substitute paraprofessional. I spent 5 years working as a registered behavior technician (RBT) in clinical, school, and home environments. As I have recently started pursuing my degree - I've left the ABA field. However, I have not forgotten where I come from and the skills I have learned in ABA. I am an aunt to two beautiful girls and a wonderful boy. My nephew is non-verbal with profound autism. I credit him for the passion I feel for my work. I credit my nieces for my unwavering patience and love for learning.
