This is a story companion for "The Napping House". It asks the question "who is in the house?". The slides display pictures of characters in the story along with picture symbols underneath to help students answer the question.

This activity can be used to practice the core vocabulary words "CAN" and "GO". This activity helps students identify people/things in our environments that move. Sentence strips with corresponding picture symbols assist in increasing student participation.

This is an interactive activity that can be used to encourage the use of the following core vocabulary words: IT, CAN, DO. Various actions are modeled with gif's and students are asked if they can imitate the actions. They are encouraged to point to the picture symbols on the appropriate sentence strip to indicate if they can or cannot imitate the actions. This activity can be presented on a classroom smartboard and students can follow along by pointing to the target core word on their core boar

This is an interactive activity can be used to encourage the use of the core vocabulary word "IT". Each slide displays a common object and asks students what color the item is. This activity can be presented on a classroom smartboard. Students can follow along by pointing to the target core word (s) on their core board or AAC device.
