This is a staff training/team building game, based off the popular game Taboo. Staff can be divided into teams and take turns playing. When it is their turn, they have a stack of taboo cards. The top word is the word they are trying to get their team to say. The other 3 words on the card are words they are not allowed to use while explaining what the term is. They may use gestures, words, acting out to get people to guess what the Taboo word is.
