Visualearn is an educational material design project focused on creating visually strong, fun, entertaining, and gamified learning resources. The core emphasis is on language learning through interaction, where visuals and game mechanics support meaningful communication and long-term retention.
Visualearn materials are designed to:
Encourage active participation rather than passive learning
Turn abstract language concepts into concrete, visual experiences
Support speaking, listening, and problem-solving through play
The project is founded by Ahmet Öztel, a language teacher with over a decade of classroom experience. Alongside teaching, he has designed numerous educational games and has extensive experience as a game player himself, bringing both pedagogical insight and a player’s perspective into every material.
Visualearn combines language education, visual design, and gamification to help learners enjoy the process of learning while giving teachers practical, reusable, and engaging tools for the classroom.
