An interactive SuperMario activity for the students to learn while having fun. This is good towards the end of the lesson for students to assess their understanding of the content. It has lots of visual and audio components, as students solve questions to help Mario reach Princess Peach. This activity is great to use either in person or virtually. Depending on how many students are in the class, they can be split into groups of 2 - 4. In a random order, each group chooses one of the balloons on the screen to "pop". Behind the balloon will be 2 binomial expressions that the group will have to add, combine like terms and simplify the answer. This can be played as a concluding activity or as part of a review session on adding expressions.
