Before meeting with a general education teacher to discuss a student, I always come prepared with a specific set of questions. These questions are used so that you can quickly get all of the information that you might need for an upcoming IEP. This was mostly used, when I was a special education teacher, used with teachers on a departmental schedule. I have also used this in the primary education as well.
