My own education history

I hold a solid academic foundation in science education, with undergrad degree in science education and master's degree in educational leadership. My training has equipped me to design rigorous, inquiry-based lessons that make complex scientific concepts accessible and exciting for learners of all ages. Beyond formal education, I’ve gained extensive experience through work at leading institutions such as the Detroit Zoo and Cranbrook Science Center, where I developed immersive programs connecting classroom learning to real-world applications. This blend of academic knowledge and practical experience drives my passion for creating resources that inspire curiosity and deepen understanding of God’s creation.

I am passionate about making science come alive for learners of all ages. As the founder of Wasil Science, LLC, I create resources that spotlight God’s creation through a Biblical worldview. My work includes authoring over 100 books in the Creation Creature Features series, as well as the Gator Explores and Into the Wild with Wasil series. I’ve served in roles at the Detroit Zoo and Cranbrook Science Center, and I frequently speak at events, lead book signings, and bring wildlife ambassadors to engage families in hands-on learning. My goal is to inspire curiosity, deepen understanding, and equip educators with tools that make science both exciting and meaningful.
