I could never find a bi-lingual place value chart on line that went from the hundred millions to the thousandths, so I created one!
has a picture of a dollar for the units, a dime for the tenths and a penny for the hundredths. Also includes fractional values and the number in standard written form.
This is a summary of all decimal operations with simplified poster explanations and lots of examples. I included slides you can project to the class where they create addition, subtraction, multiplication and division with decimal problems to work out !
FOR X AND DIVISION, PLACE DECIMAL POINTS BETWEEN BOXES FOR YOUR CLASSES :)
A quick picture guide to circumference and area of circles, hoping to prompt class discussion on other real world examples and words used in association with circle circumference and area.
A template for the "big 7" method of division that includes an easy times tables for student reference. I use for whole numbers and decimals. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T3w86bXVFi4 & t=376s
A little like an Anchor Chart or for a Word Wall, things to post that I made to help my middle schoolers' look for specific phrases that give the rate of change, how that looks as an equation, what is transfers to in a table and also a graph. Includes the words: coefficient, independent, dependent, input, output, and of course rate of change.
Well, there might be some better ones out there, but this is a compiled 1-page-tried-to-make-simplified print out for students that need a quick reference guide for adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing fractions. It's a little more extensive than just the basics, I tried to include examples too. I haven't printed it yet, so I hope it prints with clarity. anyway, students can fold it in half and keep as a reference. please limit 30 print-outs per purchase. ENJOY!
I'm working on a really good one to actually sell, but this is a translations of the 4 types of transformations for new comers that they can read. Enjoy, its free!
