IXL Diagnostic Tracking
Students should update their diagnostics within IXL every six weeks. This is a good way to track their progress after each update.

IXL Math Skills Plan Tracker Sheet
When students take the MAP test, scores can be input into IXL. Student can then work on an individual skills plan pathway. I used these sheets for students to track what they are working on and when they asked for help.
