For 5 years, I served as the District Counseling Representative, advocating for school counselors across all grade levels. I planned and facilitated K–12 counseling meetings and participated in district-wide committees focused on student and staff well-being.
I was honored to spend a year working at the district level to support student and staff wellness, where I created and led trainings for educators, launched well-being initiatives, and facilitated Well-Being Liaison meetings—bringing together staff from every building to build stronger, healthier school communities.
Throughout my career, I’ve led numerous district and building-wide trainings on key topics like relationship-building, trauma-informed care, and educator wellness—helping schools become more connected, supportive, and student-centered.
