Why Edify

Science Quests are used to guide students through review cycles throughout the school each. Each science quest has a vocabulary review, questions related to the vocabulary review, and a current event/real world connection. I generally assign these through Google Classroom as a hyperdoc. We review student work at the end of the work in small groups. The focus of this Science Quest is Mass, Weight, Volume, and Density.

This is a short term project I use with my 8th grade science students at the beginning of the school year. This really helps to show the relevance of science education to their future.

This is a document I use with my students to help them identify ways to creatively express their ideas in their Interactive Science Notebooks.
