Experience
I've been teaching for twenty years, primarily 3rd and 4th grade.
Teaching style
My teaching style is a cross between facilitator and formal authority. I'm big on routines, yet flexible where it's called for. I have high expectations for each of my students. I teach with rigor to create thinkers and build confidence. My students are part of their learning process and we celebrate successes.
