This is a sorting activity based on "My Plate". After students learn about My Plate they can use this worksheet to review the food groups by sorting the thanksgiving foods. For students who do not celebrate Thanksgiving there is a Fall foods option, same foods, different label to comply with your classroom's needs. Thanksgiving foods: carrots pie mashed potatoes cranberries Mac and cheese broccoli green beans apples milk turkey bread corn

Practice with teen numbers and representing teen numbers as 10 and some more. Use base ten blocks Laminate/ cutout number cards. Laminate work mats. Have students draw a card. Let them use the base ten blocks to make their teen number. Laminated mats allow for dry-erase

This is a mini unit in a booklet. Each section covers a different part and they way different animals use them, and has a student interaction page (true/false or matching). There is an included key for the teacher to use. Add some animal videos from Youtube and you're good to go.

These bees have snap words on them from lists A (green) and B (blue). Correlating section written on the page. Can be used for any activity you want. What I use them for: I made a big bee hive on chart paper and laminated it. I laminated these bees as well. We play a game about getting the bees back to the hive retrieving the bee and then naming the right word. They are encouraged to confer with their group before presenting their final answer.
