I taught high-school English in Pennsylvania from 2013 - 2016. Then, I moved to London to earn an MA in linguistics. After London, I taught ESL in Barcelona. Experience

I taught high-school English in Pennsylvania from 2013 - 2016. Then, I moved to London to earn an MA in linguistics. After London, I taught ESL in Barcelona. Finally, I moved to Milan, married my Italian husband, and now I teach English at a bilingual school. My all-time favorite subject to teach is high-school English.

Teaching style

I aim to provide a student-centered approach to learning. I want my students to discover and learn new ideas on their own. My job is to give students the resources they need to learn and form their own opinions.

I am a member of the International English Honor Society (Sigma Tau Delta).

My own education history

I earned a BA in English with an emphasis in Secondary Education (class of 2013). I also earned an MA in Linguistics (class of 2017). Lastly, I have 2 ESL credentials.

I've taught English in five different countries: Taiwan (high-school English), the Dominican Republic (ESL), the US (high-school English), Spain (ESL), and Italy (elementary school general education & library).
