Teaching style

I use state-of-the-art animation software to create text, characters and so on to inspire class participation. In this "Pixar/Dreamworks" era, I feel I needed to convert some things that are normally on paper over to this medium.

Additional biographical information

My first years as a sub teacher, I was handed "time-filler" sheets. The kids would groan and say, "Why do we have to do these every time a sub comes?" The one activity that really stuck out to me was the word puzzles sheets. These just screamed to be animated! Thus, Wordplexers: Animated Word Puzzles game for PowerPoint was born! The kids absolutely love these! The combination of animation and problem solving along with convergent thinking make these very popular! I have created many volumes of this game and intend of making many more!
