I am a dedicated educator with a passion for making Social Studies engaging and accessible. I hold a B.A. in History, a M.A. in Teaching, and an Ed.S. in Instructional Technology. With years of experience teaching 6th, 7th, and 8th grade Social Studies, including World History, Geography, and South Carolina History, I bring both depth and creativity to my instruction. I have taught "Methods of Teaching Social Studies" at the university level and I have presented at conferences for the South Carolina Council for Social Studies and South Carolina Association for Middle Level Education. This site is an extension of my desire to support students and educators with meaningful, high-quality resources.

I am a dedicated educator with a passion for making Social Studies engaging and accessible. I hold a B.A. in History, a M.A. in Teaching, and an Ed.S. in Instructional Technology. I enjoy integrating AVID strategies to build academic skills, designing project-based learning opportunities that spark curiosity, and blending both digital and physical media to keep lessons engaging. My instruction is built on a multi-tiered approach, ensuring that every student has meaningful entry points and pathways to success, no matter their level.
