About the store
Hi! I’m a world language educator with years of experience teaching Korean to non-heritage learners in real classroom settings. All resources in this store are classroom-tested and designed to support speaking, performance, and student confidence, with a strong focus on student-centered learning. While many examples use Korean, the instructional structures are intentionally designed to be adaptable to any world language classroom. I also regularly share my classroom practices through professional development, including three consecutive years of presentations at ACTFL.

Experience

Teaching style

I design my lessons to create frequent “aha moments”—when students suddenly connect ideas and gain confidence in using the language. My teaching style is student-centered and performance-based, guiding learners from supported practice to independent speaking through clear structures and purposeful tasks. I focus on building understanding through discovery, reflection, and meaningful communication rather than memorization alone.

Additional biographical information

I enjoy creating resources that make world language classrooms more engaging and sustainable for both teachers and students.
