I am an American teacher that has had the pleasure of teaching in Saudi Arabia and Malaysia. I am currently located in the U.S. but I still love traveling the world. In addition to my beloved Malaysia, I have also greatly enjoyed traveling in Morocco, Egypt, Canada, and Mexico. I always try to have a trip booked and am currently looking forward to the Dominican Republic. My next "bucket list" trips are South Africa, Tanzania, and a train tour of Europe (not all at once!!!)
I believe it's so very important for our students to "see themselves" in our schools, classrooms, resources, and books.
