Continuing Education Through Summer - Advice to Parents
This is a handout that you can send with parents at the end of your Pre-K year. It is a list of ways for parents to use the "teachable moments" in every day life to help continue their child's Pre-K education and prepare their student for Kindergarten.

I have been teaching Pre-K since 2012! I currently hold a MN Teaching license allowing me to teach K-8.
Teaching style
I believe in allowing children to learn though doing. I think freedom in the classroom will foster learning, growth and independence.

I am a member of the International Reading Association. I also graduated with honors from MSU Moorhead.
My own education history
I earned a teaching license from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2011. I have a Elementary Education degree and a Mathematics Education degree.
