Use this chart with taste-testing apples. There is space to write adjectives while tasting under each kind of apple. There is also space at the bottom of the page to vote for each student's favorite kind of apple. There are 5 types of apples on this chart: Red Delicious, Gala, Granny Smith, Fuji & Golden Delicious. If you are looking to make a Graduation Video of your students, this is a form for parents to sign to give you permission to record audio and video. This form only gives permission for the audio/video files obtained to be used for a graduation video. This form also has graduation owls as clip-art. Thank you!
