Chapter or Novel Review with Graphic Organizer (Digital)

Students can demonstrate their understanding of a text by working collaboratively to complete this graphic organizer. Review several chapters by assigning each group a chapter to represent. All slides are 8.5 x 11, so you can print and display for an instant bulletin board. This is a great activity for a station rotation or literature circles. This power point was initially prepared in Google Slides, and it is ready for you to drag into your Google Drive and upload to Google Classroom. Modify t

Teaching style

I make high-quality resources that are standards-based and engaging to all learners. I value rigorous lessons with a collaborative model. All my lessons are created with the belief that not only do students need to read and write every day--they need to know that we, their teachers, believe in them. So, whether I'm creating material for my ELA, AVID, or leadership classes, my lessons are scaffolded to allow for differentiation, conversation, and collaboration.
