Sometimes the temperature can be confusing. To help clear up this conundrum, students determine which temperature is warmer by converting them from Celsius to Fahrenheit (or the other way around). A paper thermometer is provided for helping students check their answers.

Students calculate their relative weight on each planet by multiplying decimals. When they are finished, they create a bar graph and calculate the range, median, mode, and mean from the list of weights.
