I created these listening activities to accompany the following video (found at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ivDSIb7NJ_8). There are three activities in the 5 pages, in addition to an answer key. First, you have a transcription of the video. Second, there is a Novice-Low version of the cloze listening activity, in which students will guess the 20 missing words, based on common cognates. Teaching style

I teach with a variety of activities to meet students with audio, kinesthetic and spatial needs. I try to incorporate a variety of activities which vary based on topic: Kagan strategies (while reading), Comprehensible Input (vocabulary building) and Structured Input (for grammar), just for starters.
