The “Story Elements Pie” is a simple graphic organizer that helps students break down a narrative into characters, setting, narrator, events, and sequence (beginning, middle, end). Teachers can use it with any fall-themed read-aloud or story to guide comprehension, support retelling, and strengthen writing connections—all in a clear, visual format that makes story structure easy to grasp.

This is a math activity based on the book "The4 GRouchy Ladybug". It is a great close read to use the CUBES strategy with. Student must; circle the numbers, underline the questions, box the key words, eliminate anything unnecessary, and solve and check their work. This is 3 word problems. When I teach it we do the first one together, the second one with partners and the last one independently. Great for practice with digital and analog clocks!

This is a product I created to use on the first and last day of school. It is great to use as a quick filler or morning work. I usually take a picture of the kiddos on the first day of school and store it with this paper. Then on the last day of school I have them fill out the last day page and we compare. My students love to see how their favorites have changes. Included is first and last day in grades K-5!

This is a game I like to practice with my students around Halloween. It helps with practicing basic math facts. Students roll two dice and add the product. They then put a counter over the answer on the game board. The first to fill the board is the winner!

Where is Stella? This is an engagement paper where the students answer clues using the book "Night Song". Students use the information from the story to answer the questions and find out where Stella is hidden. I hide a paper or stuffed bat somewhere around my room before hand.
