My favorite moments are when students experience that lightbulb moment, whether it's discovering a career they hadn’t considered is possible or recognizing their own potential. This lesson is designed for middle and high school students to discover and communicate their unique strengths, while building confidence in interview settings, whether they are interviewing for a leadership position, a part-or full-time job, to volunteer in the community, or for a scholarship. This session uses a 15-slide PowerPoint deck to introduce students to behavioral interviews and help them reflect on their personal superpowers that make them stand out. In this lesson, students will:
