I've taught high school mathematics and ACT Prep since 2014. I've worked with general education students; those with special needs, and English language learners.

Teaching style

You never know how my classroom will look on a day-to-day basis. I'm a fan of alternating materials and strategies to ensure all student needs are meet daily.

My own education history

I received my Bachelors of Science in Mathematics from Alabama A&M University; followed by my Masters of Education in Secondary Education with a math concentration; concluding with a Doctorate of Education in Curriculum & Instruction. Along with my college experiences I've received countless hours of professional development in the area of mathematics, ACT test prep, and tech resources.
